The proposal for ISUF 2023 is drawn from the previous experience and ideas, directed toward systematization and synthesis at an international level, followed by endeavour to embody these ideas into operational knowledge. The conference tracks are developed in the manner to provide framework for reflecting on previous intellectual knowledge of ISUF
