ADR LAB Receive Grant Support Under TÜBİTAK-ARDEB 1001 Program for 2025/1 Term
We are pleased to announce that our research project titled “Anaokulları İçin Açık Hava Sınıfı (AHS) Tasarım Modeli Geliştirilmesi ve Türkiye’ye Özgü Stratejilerin Belirlenmesi” has been awarded competitive grant support under the TÜBİTAK-ARDEB 1001 Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program (2025/1 term).

Honorable Mention in National Architectural Competition
A project developed by ADR LAB members Dr. İlker Fatih Özorhon and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Güliz Özorhon, in collaboration with Architect Kerem Meral, received an Equivalent Honorable Mention in the Bodrum Health Foundation’s Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy Center National Architectural Project Competition.

MİTA 2024 Symposium Hosted by Özyeğin University
The 4th National Symposium on Architectural Design Research (MİTA 2024), themed “The Future of Architectural Design Education”, was held at Özyeğin University between April 25–27 with the active involvement of ADR LAB. The symposium brought together scholars, educators, and students to discuss emerging directions in architectural pedagogy.

Faculty 10th Year Book Publication
The 10th Anniversary Book of Özyeğin University Faculty of Architecture and Design has been published, celebrating a decade of academic, pedagogical, and creative endeavors. ADR LAB member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Güliz Özorhon contributed as co-editor, together with Elif Aktaş Yanaş, Gizem Efendioğlu, Gülbin Lekesiz, Tuğba Tok, and Yasemin Yıldırım.

First Prize in International Architectural Design Competition
ADR LAB members Dr. İlker Fatih Özorhon, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Güliz Özorhon, Gülbin Lekesiz, in collaboration with Architect Kerem Meral were awarded First Prize in the international competition for the Conceptual Design of the Emergency Centre at the Clinical Centre of Montenegro. The competition jury praised the clarity and spatial coherence of the proposed design.
